The hotel needs to be updated. The beds were very old and uncomfortable and the room smelled like mildew. It is close the the falls but I would of stayed elsewhere for a quality hotel. The only thing that was descent was the breakfast, it had lots of variety for a continental breakfast.

I was so diappointed when I came. The roon smelled disgusting.I guess I inhaled the cigarette smoke of the previous occupant. I was not able to prefer the non-smoking room but, would they give a guest a smoking room in case they were not able to reserve one? I asked for an air freshener (fragrance spray) but it didnt help so much. I just slept with windows open & A/C turned on. I saw 2 cockroaches creeping on the closed window curtains a one on the floor so I guess it was not clean after all. The bathroom bowl was so slow in flushing & water pressure is not strong. I wouldnt go back again. sorry !!

wife and i went just for an afternoon/next day trip to the falls. first room air conditioner didnt' work, but the great staff moved us within 15 minutes to another room where the ac was great. we did enjoy the continental breakfast and the lobby tour that we purchased took us to everything we had come to see. I never moved our car from the time we arrived until we left. We do recommend the casino for dinner and the smaller family owned diner across the street for lunch. We ate well for 3 meals and spent less than 60 dollars. We will absolutely use this hotel again if we get the opportunity to return to the area.

The hotel is old. Do not go with big expectations. If you are looking for a cheaper hotel, then this hotel is OK. You get complementary internet at this hotel. Also the hotel is walking distance to Niagara falls.

This was a great hotel for our visit to see the falls. We thought the room (2 doubles) was great. High speed internet (wifi) definitely a plus. The beds were OK, but not great. I have some back problems and the mattress slightly aggrivated that, but not too much.

Good pricing and location close to the falls. Also had good tour service from lobby which we enjoyed. Cleanliness and customer service could be improved. OK for one or two night stay.

This is an older hotel and it shows. The furniture and fixtures are straight out of the sixties. If your wanting a fridge or microwave, you'll have to pay extra, and theres a shortage of outlets in each room to plug them in. The staff is nice though, and the room was clean. But don't count on the breakfast theres not much served at this hotel. For a cheap stay right next to the falls its okay.

This hotel is very run down and dirty. The 1st floor in which we were placed, reeked of urine. In our second room, the sink did not drain, and the toliet leeked on the floor. It was raining during our stay, this was evident by the rain that was leeking through the roof and into the indoor swimming pool. While trying to deal with our disappointments at the front desk, two other couples also showed great dissatisfaction. Save yourslef the headache! Sleep elsewhere!
