| I requested a non-smoking room and also stated that I would arrive late. They accomadated me on both points. Everyone was very nice and it was a comfortable experience. It was close to the airport and in a nice area. I did see a couple of places to eat in the area. I was there only for the night and didn't need to go out but it was good to know that there were restaurants nearby. The waffles were very delicious and I will use this hotel again if I am ever in the Phoenix area.

| The staff was very helpful with every question and need we had. Hotel was quiet and the breakfast was one of the best we have had in any hotel in the past few years. We had fresh hot waffles every day! The only drawback was the beds were somewhat hard for me, my husband was comfortable however. We will definately return to this hotel next time we visit the Phoenix area.

| This was a very comfortable hotel. The only problem I had was with the tv remote, it had good batteries but its code didn't match that of the tv. The location was great, easy access to I-10 and the airport.

| I was expecting more, based on the user reviews. The knobs on the microwave fell off repeatedly, and the couch was very uncomfortable (the cushions were too thin). Nice breakfast.

| They had a good shuttle that ran every hour to the airport but if you don't have a car they do not have a shuttle to anywhere else. The only resturant is across street at another hotel.

| To be honest, the quality of this hotel greatly exceeds my expectation: decent breakfast with pancakes, safe locations, clean room etc. The only problem we ever had was with the wireless internet, the signal is sometimes way too weak to acquire an IP address. However, the hotel clerk is nice enough to let us use their work computer to surf online and get the stuff we wanted.

| Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and spa. Liked the fact that they offer a free shuttle to and from the airport.
