| It is a run of the mill type hotel. Nothing out of the ordinary and the location was close to what we needed.

| This hotel had really gone down hill from a previous visit. The entire hotel is filthy. Our room had stains on the walls and the bedding was dirty (including the sheets)! Customer service was very poor. We will never stay here again.

| We were placed in a room that was sandwiched in between the elevator and the maid's closet. We felt like we needed to press the elevator button to get into our room. The bed was marginal, the mattress was old and the temperature was controlled by a window unit that didn't function well. The swimming pool was so small that we laughed about taking turns and swimming one at a time.On the positive side, however, the continental breakfast was good. It offered omelets and waffles as well as the standard cold cereal and fruit. It was also a good location if you're interested in visiting the Cabela's/Nebraska Furniture Mart/Kansas Speedway area. Overall, I felt like this hotel was overpriced for the quality and lack of service it offered. I would have felt much better about the stay if it had been less expensive.

| Went through expedia.com to get this room for Big 12 championship weekend. Made reservations for a nonsmoking room with two beds. When we arrived, they were out of non smoking rooms. The room we received smelled of smoke and only had one bed.
