| The hotel is being udated and the room I had was not redone. The beds were lumpy and when more than one person was on them it felt like you were in a canoe! I don't know what the updated rooms are like, but they will still be small. The business center is expensive for internet access and for printing. My room location was poor, next to the laundry and noisy. On the upside, the staff was extemely pleasant. I don't feel value for the price is worth it. There are better deals near by. I won't be back.

| The lobby as well as two floors of this hotel are being renovated. If you need help from the reception desk, you need to show up because they do not answer the phone. On two occasions, there was hair in my food breakfast.

| I wish that there was a review informing me that this hotel is under renovations (big time) before I booked the room. Pulling up there is a massive hole, with wires hanging from the ceiling where the reception used to be, and you have to travel to a side reception site. The staff is friendly and I was directed to a side entrance, since my room was not accessible from the lobby or an elevator due to the renovations. The rooms were okay, nothing spectacular, but more than suffiecient, and the hotel is in close proximity to a good amount of shopping and other activities. The renovations and having to walk through the exit hallway to access my room cast a cloud over my stay, but overall it was alright.

| We requested four times that signs be posted to help guide us through the maze of construction from one part of the building to another. We were ignored for two days regarding that request. The manager couldn't care less. At one point we were told to walk around the entire perimeter of the hotel, late at night and very dark out. Unbelieveable.

| Excellent service from staff but carpet and furnishings in original room assigned were stained and there was mold in the show stall (the room had no bathtub)-- new room was clearner but still had significant signs of age -- staff service and location worth the price, physical accomodations not worth the price.

| I would rate this hotel as average, however, it is close to the mall and conveniently located for my work. I prefer to stay at hotels with a restaurant and this one has a full service restaurant and the food was very good. Would stay again based on above.

| The air conditioning in the room was broken, there was lipstick smeared on the bathroom counter when we checked into the room, we were asked to come back to the restaurant for breakfast when they were less busy. On the positive side the free shuttle downtown was very convenient and they had pre-printed directions to popular attractions at the front desk.
