| Staff was very friendly and helpful, the courtyard is beautiful. We spent the weekend there and have no complaints at all.

| We finished up the last night of our vacation at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, there was a nice pool and spa and the staff was helpful and friendly.

| Room was clean and hotel was well maintained. Hotel staff was courteous and knowledgeable of the area. Hotel was easily accessible from I-77. Breakfast buffet food was good and not too pricey, but would have been better if it was included with the room.

| Arrived and checked in with no problems. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect after a long day at Carowinds. Following morning, breakfast bar attendant was rather put off that we came down for breakfast 15 minutes before they stopped serving. She then proceeded to be rather rude and stand offish as she was doing her clean up and side work around us. It seemed pretty clear that she wanted to leave and we were impeding this intent.
