| I have spent half my life in hotels, but this is the worst hotel I've ever seen! Extremely dirty, extremely dusty, extremely noisy hallways at any time day or night! Breakfast is mostly fat and grease, the room was stinky and we could hear all emotional and biological outbursts of people below, above and next to us! And it is ridiculously overpriced, too!!! The thought of this hotel makes me resent going back to Amarillo. Definitely would not recommend!!!

| We had a family suite so it had 2 rooms with the 3 beds but that was the only GOOD thing I can think of. The air con. was not very good. The rooms were hot, dirty, and dark(very poor lighting). There was only one chair for the two rooms. They serve you a free breakfast, but on the second morning we saw a roach on the counter so that kind of ruins your appetite. We will look for somewhere else when we return to Amarillo.

| Was once a nice hotel and still could be but has not been well maintained - common areas were dirty and basic care of facilities was missing - i.e. lots of areas in need of paint, broken/missing floorboards, furniture missing cushions, etc.
