| This was our second visit to a condo at the Sanibel Harbour. Our first stay was great - the second even more wonderful. Our condo was spacious, bright, immaculate and comfortable. Having a full kitchen & washer/dryer were a huge bonus for our family of 5. Visiting in August, the pools, hotel restaurants and facilities were not crowded. The concierge was helpful and pleasant. Nearby Fort Myers Beach offered jet ski rentals & parasailing. Sanibel Island had great restaurants & beautiful beaches. Our stay was relaxing and very enjoyable!

| Taking my wife on a trip for our 15th anniversary was an important endeavor. Although we had never been to Sanibel Harbour Resort, I can honestly say that it was just what we needed and we cannot wait to go back. We could have left the rental car at the airport because they had everything we needed. I very relaxing and enjoyable trip.

| We chose this hotel on the good reviews we had received from friends who had stayed there previously. We stayed in the Grande Bay section on the hotel, where valet is complimentary and there are three receptions a day. The service was impeccable, the facilities clean and the greatest treat of all was the wonderful on-site fitness center and luxury spa. We highly recommend having a spa treatment during your stay.

| This resort was great. The rooms were large and very comfortable.!! Good view of water. Bellcaps were especially friendly. Drinks were expensive though and not enough pool chairs. I still recommend it.

| We checked in late due to a very delayed flight from Boston (no wonder Song is going out of business). I called ahead to say we would be very late, and when we arrived, we found the hotel overbooked and no room available. The grumpy overnight desk clerk put us up in their condo building, which we had to move from the next morning. The Grand Bay section of the hotel was very nice - service was fine and the food good - HOWEVER - it's interesting that no one in these reviews has mentioned the new causeway they're builidng to Sanibel - the pile driving and construction noise was continuous from 10-5pm. The noise got to be unbearable at some points. The service was nice, but the concierge didn't seem particularly knowledgeable about restaurants in the area. We've been to the area several times, so we know our way around, but it would've been nice to hear about new places dining options. The spa was lovely! Watch for rush hour on Sanibel at 4:30 - worse than any traffic jam you've ever been in (but, let's face it, a traffic jam there is still better than any other in the US...)

| This hotel was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and well maintained. The restaurant service was very slow, but the few wait staff who were working did a good job and the food was good. There was a lot to do at the hotel and it was very close to Sanibel Island - easy to get to. We recommend staying at the Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa.

| I was disappointed with our stay at this resort. We had stayed there in the past and expected a repeat of the great service and lovely accomodations we had experienced in the past. Unfortunately, our room had ants in it when we checked in. The buffet breakfast was really just doughnuts and muffins. The service was not very friendly. I even spoke with the manager about the ants and he seemed indifferent. We will not go back again.

| This is a waterfront hotel without a beach - but it doesn't matter. The pools are great and the access to Sanibel beaches and Ft. Meyers beach is really close. The hotel is in great shape. Four of us stayed in a single room - two adults, and two kids 15 and 18. They brought in a cummfy big cot that worked and fit fine. The view is georgeous and ALL rooms face the water to the west.
