| If your looking for something other than your run of the mill Holiday Inn Express located on the highway, this is the place for you. Located in Downtown area of Laredo. Just finished new renovations which make rooms and hotel very clean and comfortable. Hacienda style. Good service from bellhops and bartender.

| The hotel itself is lovely, and I thought that the staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed on the first floor, near the pool, however, the hotel did not warn me that there was a construction site across the corridor from my room and that the workers began at around 6:00 a.m.! Fortunately, I needed to get up anyway, but it would have been impossible to sleep if I had wanted to. I ordered the in-room breakfast and it arrived on time. The business center is quite dated, however -- there are only two computers and they are pretty slow. I didn't see any ethernet connections in the room, either, which was a problem. Other than that, the hotel was lovely and I would certainly recommend it to leisure travelers.
