The hotel is 6 miles from the University of New Mexico and 7 miles from Old Town. The hotel features 17,000 square feet of meeting space and can accommodate groups from 5 to 900 people. | This hotel is a dog. When we checked in we founf mens hair all over the bathroom. The drains did not work. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, running all night and very noisy.Coffee cost more than Starbucks and tasted like McDonalds. The carpeting was worn and in need of replacement. The beds were uncomfortable. All in all we would have been happier in a tent. Do not waste your money!

| This place is in desperate need of a make-over, which is scheduled to happen soon. The sheets are luxuriously soft, but the towels are like sand paper and the decorative pillows on the beds smelled awful! The good news is that the rooms are spacious and there are two sinks! The staff even provided an extra hair dryer for our use and not one of those wimpy hotel ones either. The service elevator was out of commission so we encountered all sorts of staff, but was greeted maybe twice in three days - when I checked in and when I checked out.

| We were very disappointed in our rooms. Both were in the same condition. The carpets were stained and dirty, the walls were marked up, bedspread was stained, furniture was in need of repair. We have filed a complaint and are waiting to hear back from Sheraton's head office.

| This hotel was easy to get to from the airport, cheaper than most, and entirely satisfactory. It needs some upgrades (e.g., carpets in the halls), but is comfortable and clean.

| This will be my choice of hotel in Albuquerque; location being very important for my business. Clean, comfortable, good food, service, I had no complaints. Also very close to the airport.
