| It is a nice hotel but nothing fancy. It was easy access from the highway. I liked the fact that the tour bus came right to the hotel to pick you up so you didn't have to drive into Washington DC. The food in the hotel was good and reasonably priced. There weren't any places to eat within walking distance so we ate at the hotel very often. The one downside is that our room was a little dirty when we arrived but the staff quickly gave us another room.

| This hotel was not bad for the price and the area. It was convenient to take the free hotel shuttle to a nearby metro station to do sightseeing.

| The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had problems finding the hotel at first. It is behind the Best Western Pentagon and we could not see it when we got off I-395. It was very close to the sites in DC. The shuttle service was dependable but very crowded. The rooms were a typical hotel room, clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

| The hotel staff was unfailingly polite and courteous, the housekeeping staff was very efficient and happy to assist us, the shuttle drivers were polite, the room was quiet and comfortable, the continental breakfast was a typical run of the mill free breakfast but it was more than adequate and met our expectations. There were, however, some very annoying problems that we experienced. No hot water for 2 days. Only one ice machine for the entire hotel, shuttle sometimes did not run on the posted schedule and tried to service 2 hotels with (1) 12 passenger van during the peak of tourist season - you can't squeeze the 40 people waiting at the shuttle stop into one small vehicle - lots of unhappy tourists. Worst of all, the door to our room did not shut properly. We reported the problem to management the day we checked in. The promised to have it fixed. On the second evening of our stay, we returned from a long day of sightseeing to find that our room had not been secured after it was cleaned. The door was open and anyone could have walked in and gone through our belongings. Luckily, it did not appear that we were missing anything, but management didn't even apologize for that problem when we reported it and did not follow through with a promise to fix the door. I will not stay there again and would strongly recommend that you think twice before making a reservation at this hotel. It wasn't all bad, but there were some significant problems with our stay.

| My bridesmaids and I stayed at this hotel the night we celebrated my bachelorette party. The staff was not particularly helpful in getting us a taxi to Georgetown, or assisting us in finding food to be delivered late at night. The room was fairly clean, the bed was fairly comfortable, and we would have preferred to stay at a nicer hotel, but DC was busy that evening.

| The hotel was fine - no major problems, no major things to praise either. The continental breakfast (food is very important to me) wasn't so great, but they did have an option to purchase a hot breakfast. The shuttle bus in the morning was quite full, because it's shared between the Comfort Inn and another hotel on the same site.

| A kind of secluded location with pretty much nothing around at walking distance (a restaurant plaza is about 15 min away on foot, but you'll have to walk through a pretty rugged territory). However, a very convenient shuttle service (every half an hour during peak hours and once an hour off-peak) will take you to the main shopping area in Arlington and "Pentagon City" metro station in about 10 minutes. Pick-up from the metro station back to the hotel is also arranged (until 10 pm). "Pentagon Row" Mall has everything for shopping and a food court. Hotel itself has a small restaurant but it is not opened all the time and food is pretty generic (especially breakfasts). Staff is friendly and helpful. Taxi service is also very convenient - Arlington cab service (Blue Top) will arrive in 5-10 minutes after your call.
