| Arivving into Columbia it started to rain. I took a wrong turn out of airport, the front desk associate was good at giving me directions and had no trouble finding the hotel. Tired and hungry, he suggested a restraunt that would deliver. I was very happy with the hotel and the staff.

| Very helpful staff. Clean room with sink and small frig. Nice pool for young one, and wonderful breakfast.

| This hotel was fairly clean and neat. Service was really helpful, especially for local eating and attractions. The hotel itself is outside the busy downtown area of Columbia, which was nice. There are plenty of places to eat, shop and local attractions to visit. Not too far from any of the other larger cities in North Carolina and Georgia.

| My room did had the following deficiencies: -no shampoo -not a single trash can -TV would not turn-on after on my second usage (neither manually nor with remopte control.

| Everyone on the staff was very helpful,friendly, and greeted you. I was VERY impressed with the housekeeping staff. We had a mix up on the rooms (by no fault of the hotel) and it was taken care of immediately. They went out of their way to make our stay there enjoyable. Breakfast bar was good also.

| For the price this was an excellent choice. We had a few issues with the cleaning staff, but nothing major. The front desk was fantasatic, especially the young lady working the afternoon/evening shift. Very good choice for the price.

| Had to wait at both check in and check out to be waited on. It is my opinion that the elevators need repair they made strange noise. However they did work OK.
