| Everything was satisfactory for a budget hotel except the price. For this price there should have been a few special perks/luxuries.

| The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for access to the ASU campus.

| While the hotel did have a well-functioning air conditioner (a bonus in Arizona) and HBO, we were very unhappy with our stay there. Certain members of the hotel staff were incompetent. The bathroom was poorly lit, the toilet was frightening, and there was a hole in the ceiling. Throughout our three-night stay, the stairwell was littered with ashes and cigarette butts, and the hotel room was cleaned only once.

| The hotel room walls were very thin. We could hear the man next door to us snoring. The drapes were too small for the window. We were on the bottom floor and would have been nice to have curtains big enough to cover the whole window
