| Hotel is convenient to I-90 and has nice toiletries. Pillows too soft, and we only got one extra (without pillowcase). It's adjacent to TGIF's, so you could smell fastfood outside. The breakfast area has seating for ~35; the hotel was full 3 of the 4 nights, so it was crowded at breakfast. Food was good (waffles, yogurt, bagels, cereal, fruit);OJ was not. At 5:20, the manager turned off the water slide while about 10 5-10 yr old kids were using it, because "it's not supposed to be on until 6".

| Hotel and rooms extremely clean, friendly staff, very comfortable bed. Didn't spend a lot of time in the room, we were out sight seeing all day and most nights. Great location if you are trying to see everything in the Black Hills area (ie. Devils Tower, Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park). Easy access to most Hwy's. The hotel provides printed directions to most of the major tourist sites at the front counter.

| The staff was really nice and very accomadating, The bed was uncomfortable and they had hardly any good television stations. The pool was of a nice size and the smell of clorine was awful. Otherwise it was okay.

| My son and I stayed 7 nights, and it was the best choice for me because it was secure and central to key attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the deluxe breakfast and evening soup was an added delight. My recommendations is that the dryer be updated. My clothes spun for hours just to dry. Also update the ice machines, and provide a change machine in the vending area. Overall I was very satisfied with the service the hotel provided.

| We enjoyed our stay at the Country Inn and Suites in Rapid City. It is in a convenient location near restaurants, shopping and I-90. It served as a great jumping off point for our vacation in the Black Hills & Badlands area. They have a nice continental plus style breakfast that includes more items that one usually finds in this type of hotel. They also have a computer in the lobby with internet access. Friendly staff and clean rooms. We didn't have any issues with the hotel, but we did notice that when we removed our bedspread that it was heavily stained on the inside --- this is why we remove all hotel bedspreads because you never know what those mystery stains are. Other than that, We'd recommend staying here.
