| This is quite close to a friend's home and we have stayed here about 5 times in the past few years. Staff is always friendly, the room and the hotel are always clean and fresh. If the free breakfast is important to you, make sure you are not here during any type of tournament. Three times we have been here when there was a soccer/softball/basketball or other type of tournament and the hotel was overrun with very active kids who monopolized the pool and common area - went through the breakfast food like a blight. We always plan to eat breakfast out.

| This hotel was very well kept and has a very friendly staff. Anything I needed during my stay was taken care of immediately. The location was great too - everywhere I was going in Germantown was only a few minutes away, including downtown Memphis. The next time I visit, I know exactly where to stay!
