| Checking in the staff was short handed. We had no coffee pot in the room...requested one twice prior to it's arrival. Security lock on door broken, also two requests to have it fixed. Towels weren't available at the pool. Towels used and hung up in the bathroom were taken by staff (contrary to environmental notice) anyway and not replaced until requested. Above all carpet in our room was really dirty... clean feet from the shower were black on the bottom after walking on it from bathroom to the bed to put shoes on. Good news... the room was nice, beds made for us daily, refridgerator and microwave in the room. Coffee pot arrived after third request. Continental breakfast was good and offered from 6:30 to 10:00, ample time for our crew to get up and eat prior to starting our touring. I would stay there again, but bring socks for the dirty carpet and my own towel for the pool. The hot tub was merkey (grey-looking in the middle and a little scarey). Personal, particularly the lady we checked in with and the night desk manager were very pleasant. I think they were just understaffed.

| The room we were given had several issues (the shower pipe loosely sticking out of the wall for starters.) However we were at Disneyland and so opted not to worry too much. Our room was not cleaned when we returned to it at 4 pm the 2nd day. Still okay. The big issue for us was finding a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor when we woke up on the 3 morning. GROSS.

| Under no circumstances do you want to stay at this hovel. - cold showers when hot water ran out from other guests showers, - power outages, - shuttles to DisneyLand ran when driver happened to wake up and decide to go, - *not* walking distance, - AC was weak at best. There is more to grieve about. We just booked a hotel further down the street, closer to the park for the same price.

| Hotel is barely walking distance to Disneyland. It is over a half mile away and when you have children with you, this can be very inconvenient. I would not stay at this locationif other locations closer to Disneyland were available.

| The rooms are big, but they are dirty and old. The couch and carpet were full of stains. The continental breakfast was a joke. The shuttle service was a van that only made 1 trip per hour and only fit about 10 people, it was better and less stressful to take a cab.
