| We stayed at Mountain Lodge the weekend of the bluegrass festival in June 06. It was very crowded with no place to park but valet which we had to pay extra per day. It was very hot with no air conditioner in our room. Our room was a corner room and had only 2 windows for ventilation. They gave us a fan but it was well after midnight before the room cooled off. The den was very small with the TV on the floor. The front office was not open their posted hours and not very polite on check in. I think Mountain Lodge might be a good place to stay in the winter for skiing but not in the summer.

| This property is in a fabulous location. The gondola ride to Mountain Village and Telluride is quite breathtaking. The resort has the feel of a small European village. The only drawback was that the standard room is very, very small and doesn't even have a chair in it. The only place to sit is on the bed. There is no coffee maker in room. The on-site tavern is nice and comfy.

| We have enjoyed other visits to Telluride before, but had never stayed in this room. The rooms are very small with not an extra inch. It is obvious that the plans were drawn around the size of the furniture without any extra space available. The living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. If you plan to cook, the kitchen is nice with top quality appliances. Also do not be fooled when they tell you it is near the Gondola, it is straight up, the hotel offers a shuttle that you will need if you don't have a car.

| Beautiful setting, rooms were nice. Engineering help was slow, hot tub didn't work for 2 days and the staff was not helpful, the lodge wasn't open until 7:30 am causing several of us to sit outside to get on the wireless network. Bar wasn't open.

| The lodge is elegantly furnished, comfortable and very well located. It was spring, and our room balcony over looked a groove of trees around a stream, and we were lulled to sleep listening to the running water. The kitchen featured upscale appliances, and the furniture was "mountain lodge" style. The lodge is in close walking distance to the gondola, which was our means of transportation into the Mountain Resort village and into Telluride. The views around the lodge are drop dead gorgeous. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tob pretty much to ourselves as occupancy was low during this early summer season. Minor drawbacks include patchy front desk service, (I assume related to the season and low occupancy), off site parking unless you are willing to pay an extra fee, and a bare bones fitness room. The locker rooms were much better appointed.

| Our room was a bit cramped, but since we were only there to sleep, it didn't matter. Awesome views and great location.
