| I was easily accomodated for an early check in, and with a smile. Service was low-key but professional and right-on target during my 6-day stay. I was there under some difficult personal circumstances (death in the family) so I have an extra level ofappreciation for the fact that they got everything right, and made my stay there easy and peaceful and comfortable. I also needed to stay connected to my workplace, and the in-room DSL connection worked GREAT. High speed, reliable (had to sign back in a couple times while working but no big deal) and easy. Highly recommend this hotel to business or leisure travelers. Didn't get to use the pool/spa but it looked great. :o)

| This was a decent hotel which is in its declining years. Several things were either broken or malfunctioning. Service was okay (expensive breakfast). Conveniently located across the street from the airport. There are definitely better options in Sarasota for the price.

| We were very impressed with our room--especially the new "pillowtop" mattresses and plump, comfortable pillows (and lots of them). We will definitely stay there again and gladly recommend!

| The hotel is across the street from sarasota internation airport, therefore, accessibility is the easiest. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I didn't had a chance to try their breakfast which was included with the room. The hotel had heated pool and spa. There was also a nice fitness room. Overall, it was a really plesurable experience.
