| It's a very decent place. Its problems are just because of size I would say. A very large, rambling place, a ton of people always there, no doubt because it's a very good value. But all those people make for less than an ideal place if you are without children. The food is a huge buffet in the tropics to serve hundreds. That certainly makes it limited, but they do a good job considering.

| While we were there (July 2006) there were a lot of kids around, and we travel with no children so it was very noisy and getting in the pool was impossible.... Not too relaxing with all the kids on Pepsi on morning 'till night.....

| What a fabulous vacation. All I can say is you have to see it to believe it. The pictures and reviews do not do Breezes justice. No, you won't find marble and fountains everywhere. You will find fun and beautiful scenery. The beach was wonderful and a little rocky if you try to walk in very far, but none of us ever wore water shoes. My kids(ages 9 and 7) had something to do morning and night. The food was great! There really is something for everyone. My family said it's our best vacation yet. I would show pictures if I could. You really will be suprised.

| Dead cocroach in room, and some other type of bug that needed to be sprayed for... they never got them all. Had to ask many times to get room cleaned. Food was ok... if you go make dinner reservations each night at the restaurants otherwise it will be buffet. Staff was friendly but lazy.

| Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms could use a little upkeep (loose faucets, broken tiles, etc.) Lots to do if you feel like participating. Stayed in the far side of the tower and a local park next door has parties w/ loud music till 4am Fri, Sat, Sun. Picked up E-coli, so be careful what you drink and eat. Definitely take the scooter tour. Great way to see some of the sites and have fun at the same time.

| Second year in a row at Breezes was as good as the first. If you scuba dive this is the best deal going. You can take one free dive a day right off the pier and dive the underwater park. Snorkling is great too! Make sure you sign up for the restaurants for better dining. Walk the street to adjoining beaches, nightclubs, shopping. Super trip. Can't wait to go back.

| The hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. My only complaint would be with the rooms. The bed was hard and the floor had hair on it. The floor is swept and mopped which does transfer hair from other rooms to your floor. I did not spend much time in the room and the rest of the hotel quality makes up for the room.

| Don't go...I know reviews are mixed, but this is the dirtiest, most rundown place we ever stayed. We got food poisoning, the rooms smell of urine and mildew. The attractions are run down or broken. Spend your money elsewhere. This is a one star resort on its best day.
