| This place was great. It has easy access to two freeways, food is available nearby, the bed was comfortable and the price was terrific compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel even throws in a little continental breakfast.

| At first I thought I was in Las Vegas...from the well lit sign out front. The customer service was excellent..I arrived early and staff was very nice and held our bags while we went shopping. Once we finally returned and checked in I was so pleased because it was very clean and it had a fridge.....some of the large chain hotels in the area don't even have them and it was a treat. I would recommed this hotel to all....... Signed Very impressed

| I booked 2 rooms at this hotel for my boss and one of his colleagues. I will never book them here again. They said the area around the hotel was gross and there was a man sleeping in the bushes out front of the hotel. They put towels down inside the shower before they got in, and would not walk barefoot on the carpet in the rooms. One of the reasons I booked them here was because of their busy work schedule and this hotel offered Continental breakfast. Both said that the hotel was of such poor quality that they wouldn't have stayed for breakfast if they were paid too. Hotel looks nice enough online, but shabby in person. Won't book again.

| I was looking for something affordable and clean/safe. Other hotels near the attractions were too expensive and the ones in my price range were too sketchy. The Safari was snuggled in between the attractions on our itinerary in a clean and safe neighborhood at an affordable rate. I would definitly go back!

| I think this was the first hotel I have stayed at where I wasn't missing my own bed at home each night. We had someone knock on our door at 1 am and when i called the front desk they watched him on the security camera to make sure nothing happened. Made me feel really safe. It turned out the man was at the wrong room though. My only advise is to make sure you check what you are being billed for when you check out. We were charged for a movie that was ordered after we checked out. They researched and credited it, but it was still a bit of hassle.

| Our stay was fine, the only thing we were really disapointed with was the fact that eventhough we pain for our rooms in full 2 weeks before our stay they still put us in a smoking room despite our request for a non-smoking room. We also requested 2 rooms next to each other and we didn t get that either. I would only go back if I was guaranteed a non smoking room. It was hard as a non smoker to sleep in a smoking room. The pool was great!! The staff was also great.

| Clean rooms and friendly staff. Helpful in giving directions. In a quiet neighbourhood and VONS is just next door for you to buy any groceries. Walls are a bit thin though as we can hear the neighbour upstairs if they walk or water flowing when the tap is on. Parking is free and that's a 20 dollars plus in LA! Good price for this location.

| The non-smoking room had very heavy cigaret smell. They tried to fix the problem. It did not work. The wash sink was clogged when we moved in. It was fixed. The ladies at the desk was very courteous. Since the hotel was fully booked. We had to stay in the smelly room.
