| This hotel was close to the lake and hosts one of the only clubs in Havasu, so if you are planning water activities and plan on going out this is a good place to stay. Not so sure it lives up to the 3 stars that it was given though. Room was not very clean and some things were falling apart. Shower curtain was hanging off, too. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

| This was our first trip to Lake Havasu and, without knowing it, we booked the best hotel location there! Great views and walking distance to all the fun stuff! Sitting by the "party" pool which backed to the channel was exactly the atmosphere we needed for our weekend get-away from our toddler. The rooms are huge...a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. I agree - the mattresses and pillows aren't very luxurious, but everything else was awesome. Before we arrived, we were leery due to the low star rating...but it was completely misleading. Super nice hotel - Vegas quality. We're definitely going back!

| The rooms are timeshare spaces with kitchen and living area. Comfortably appointed with TV & DVD. The daily service was limited to restocking towels, a fact that I did not see when making the reservation.Overall, the room was nice but the bed in our room was very cheap and quite uncomfortable.
