| The hotel was in a perfect location - a $6 cab ride from Reagan National, adjacent to a mall, and right on top of a Metro station. The staff was wonderful, always making sure to greet us and take care of every need. There were no hidden charges. Even the mini bar (which was fully stocked!!!) had a price list in it. The only issue that we had was some sort of leak in the bathroom. Every time we took a shower the beautiful marble floor would get soaked with water. Fortuntely, the maid service cleans twice a day so it was never a big hassle and our bathroom rugs were replaced each time and a supply of fresh towels were always at hand.

| Any hotel right on a Washington Metro stop immediately gets points from me. Great live music in the Lobby Lounge, a jazz trio, though it changes nightly. Excellent staff. Free morning coffee superb. 3 different newspapers, complimentary. Really comfy bed, and the bottom sheet doesn't untuck. Exercise room, pool, and jacuzzi all top quality.

| I highly recommend the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City. When so many high-end hotels don't meet expectations, this one did. However, what made this the perfect hotel for us was the mall that's accessible from the lobby. With two small children, the Food Court was a godsend, and we ended up doing some shopping every night as well. As if that wasn't enough, the Metro station is right below the mall. For a couple of bucks we could zip away to all the D.C. attractions. Then, after a long, hot day, we'd come back to a wonderfully comfortable room and friendly, professional staff. It was the best vacation I've ever had, and the Ritz played a big part in it.

| We arrived at the Airport, took the metro to Pentagon City, and it leaves you at a mall entrance. You go up the elevator to the second floor and there is an entrance to the hotel from within the mall. Perfect spot within seconds of the metro. Room was perfect in everyway. The bed was a dream. My husband and I really enjoyed hotel. Worth every penny if not more. The location was excellent. Can't wait to go back. The Ritz provided excellent service. Just a little observation I made, the locals are very helpful. Don't be afraid to ask for help as far as getting around Washington.

| Great hotel. The hotel staff is impeccably dressed and waits on you hand and foot. The lobby and public areas are decorated with paintings, rugs, sculptures, and crystal chandeliers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. All rooms gave large marble bathrooms with luxury shampoos, soaps, mouthwash, towels, and bathrobes. The nightly turndown service really makes you feel special. They restock everything and leave French chocolates on your pillow. The hotel restaurant and lobby bar are great. Definitely the best hotel in D.C.
