| I have never had a check in or check out be as easy and fast as this place. I gave them my name and immediately received my room cards. Upon leaving, I turned in my room cards and that was it. Never had to sign anything, fill out anything or waste time at the counter. Every staff member I ran into was friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was fair, the service great. Breakfast would have been better had I gotten there earlier while everything was still piping hot. I will certainly stay here the next time that I am in Jefferson City.

| As you might expect, the Capitol Plaza is by no means a 'high-end' hotel, but they do a nice enough job with the basics. Attached, covered parking is a plus and the location is handy. Rooms are tidy, and the service is generally sufficient. I've stayed there twice, and would stay again.

| Check-in and check-out were a breeze, as I had already made reservations through Expedia. The room looked pretty good, and was a decent size, with a couch, but there was a used towel hanging up behind the bathroom door when I checked in! The mattress was really uncomfortable. Wireless and wired internet access was an additional charge, which seems a little nutty, as I've stayed in much crummier h/motels that offer it for free. Overall it was fine, the service was very friendly, the hotel is attractive.

| Our family arrived from various parts of the country to celebrate Thanksgiving with our grandparents and stayed here. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, finding us a small conference room where we could visit, play cards, etc., and helping to find an open restaurant where we could go for dinner. The Thanksgiving buffet was great, and the in-house restaurant serves a steak that rivals Ruth's Chris or Mortons. We will definately be back.
