| We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was very clean and everyone was very helpful. I asked directions to several places and we found where we wanted to go without any problems. Our breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our check-in and out was quick and easy.

| This is a very nice basic motel in White Bear Lake. With the white bears in the atrium and the historic photos on the hallway walls, it has a nice small town feel. In fact, the place reminds me of the motel in the TV series "Twin Peaks." The staff is Minnesota nice. The beds were not great, but about what you would expect from this price range. The continental breakfast was much better than most, with great midwest pastries and even a waffle iron. The bar in Rudys restaurant was nice with a friendly bartender. If you want a comfortable, affordable place to stay in White Bear Lake, this is the place.

| The hotel staff was very friendly and accomidating. The hotel on a whole was a little dated. If you are looking for a clean, basic nights stay this hotel is perfect.

| This hotel was much nicer than others in the same price range I've stayed in. Nice lobby and decor, great old photos in the halls, and very close to lakes and to downtown.

| The room was on the small side, but not too bad. The mattresses were too firm for me. Our room faced the indoor pool, which at times could get a little noisey. The on-site restaurant was expensive, but the food was excellent and worth the price. McDonalds is next door and there is another restaurant across the highway (walking distance. The continental breakfast was adequate. Overall, this was a nice place to stay.

| We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Although the beds were a little hard, it was more than compenssated for by the Expedia price. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The free Breakfast was very good and had very good selection. The waffles were excellent!

| We enjoyed both the facility and the setting near beautiful White Bear Lake. If you are a walker, this is a great stop. The walk along the lakeside was lovely! If you don't walk outside and want some exercise, the pool is very nice, but the "fitness room" is very small and hot.
