| The hotel is well situated.Within walking distance to most attractions.Hotel employees were friendly very helpful. Room decor and appointment very good given the age of the hotel. The beds were outstanding. Never stayed in a hotel, motel or condo that had more comfortable beds.

| Son's wedding in Richmond....none of us are from here (wife's family chose the location)...found the hotel online via reviews. The hotel is literally across the street from the capital...everything in the area is under renovation so it is a "roungh looking" neighborhood, but they have valet parking and the Tabacco company rest. is only a couple blocks away....hotel was sensational. Marble floors, bidets, all rooms were suites (BIG)...told all my family about the find!!

| Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. Staff was very helpful. Valet parking is free, but there is a fee to park the car. That was a little unclear until checkout.

| Walking into the tiny elevators and down the small hallwaysis very deceiving. My room was huge and absolutely beautiful. The enormous king size bed was very possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. Great deli in the lobby, fantastic food. Valet parking was very efficient. Only wish I had longer there!
