| Our room was so musty that the carpet was damp and there was a distinct foul odor. The bathroom door did not fully shut. Housekeeping knocked on our door 3 times in the morning, starting at 8:00 am, even though we were not checking out that day and told them we didn't need anything. The continental breakfast was good (make-your-own-waffles was a plus), but overall I would not recommend.

| Lobby and hallways need new carpet/painting/wallpaper and/or thorough scrubdown. Felt gritty and unclean; hotel room was clean enough but rest of hotel not. Hotel semed worse for wear and tear. I will not stay here again; better hotels available in Milwaukee area.

| We requested non-smoking accomodations and our hallway was constantly filled woth smoke. Request for room change was granted, however we were told that because we booked on-line we could not check out early and refund our remaining balance.
