| Ok place to stay for the night. People here were friendly and helpful to find places to go in the city. Wireless Internet worked great. This is a high prerequisite for me. I would stay here again.

| I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked a room at this hotel because it was in between two destinations. It looked nice online. Don't be fooled by the pictures like I was! I had to change rooms 3 times! In the first room, the air conditioning didn't work. The woman from the front desk came up and tried to fix it. We found out 20 minutes later that it still didn't work. We were then moved down one floor to another room where the key didn't work. When she came back to help us she couldn't get the door open either. The last room seemed to be OK at first. That is until that air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night as well. I sweated from 3 in the morning until 7. I promptly left as soon as I was able. This hotel was AWFUL! DO NOT go there.

| I've been staying here every summer for the past few years. It's in a great location, it's clean and the breakfast offered has a good variety (including fresh fruit). The only drawback was being in the room next to the breakfast room one year which gets a bit noisy. The other rooms I stayed in were quiet.

| My review of the Motel 8 in Great Falls, MT is not a very good one. To start with I had listed that my husband and I would be a late check in. That was ok but, I had also called 2 days in advance of our arrival and had requested to be picked up from the airport, giving the attendant the time of our arrival 11:30, I was told there would be no problem. When we arrived we called the Motel 8 for our pick up and was told the shuttle was on its way. Another couple was also waiting for the same shuttle. Knowing the area after about 30 minutes we called again, only to get cut off. My husband called back and was told the shuttle stopped running at 10:30. What was supposed to be a nonsmoking room reeked of smoke. But by this time we were too tired to bother. The next morning as we were checking out I made my complaint to the front desk only to get told by a woman working there that I was never told a shuttle would pick us up. I guess she must have been very good at altering her voice due to the fact that the person who told me we would defiantly have a shuttle pick up was a man. Oh and if you have an early flight, be sure to call a cab for that too. NO early shuttles either.

| It'll do but that's about it. It's inexpensive and moderately comfortable. The finishes are a bit worn. Cleaniless is passable but not great.
