| It looked like an abondoned building when I pulled up during the daytime. There were no other cars in the parking lot. The staff was friendly and very professional. But, the appearance of the hotel is enough to keep me away!

| I have stayed there twice and both times I have been pleased. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only one drawback is that the breakfast area was a little small, but the breakfast was good. I would definitely go back.

| An okay place to stay for a night or two. Close to shopping and eating places. Reasonable rates. Bathroom needs updating.....older, smaller shower unit, tile grout needs replaced. Breakfast was the usual with make your own waffles, boiled eggs, white bread for toast, yogurt and a couple of cereals and very dilute juices.

| Clean, nice, safe. There is nothing fancy about this Baymont Hotel. Perfect for one night. Right on I-70. Friendly staff!

| this was the 2nd time staying at the Baymont Inn Columbia. Aside from the EXTREMELY horrible pillows and VERY late maid service it was just okay. The breakfast is always good and the room was clean. It was just all right, nothing spectacular!

| Convenient and very impressed with customer service. The beds were not very comfortable, but the service was excellent. We needed a place that would accept pets, and the staff welcomed our dog as openly as they did us.

| The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was excellent and the staff kept food replenished in a hurry. The walls had dirty spots, like maybe a pizza splat on the wall above? The tub drain stuck so one had to keep your hand on it to get the tub to drain. We would stay there again due to the breakfast and staff, but clean walls would be nice.

| The service was great. The people at the front desk were very friendly. Our room was clean. Nothing spectacular, but it is only a 2-star. And for a 2-star it was a nice place to stay.
