| Since this hotel is pet-friendly, we got woken up at 6:30 am by the barking dog next door - ouch. After the dog checked out, it was room sevice making all kinds of noise at 8:00 am. In general, I think the walls were pretty thin.

| I stayed there with my family in August of 2006.The hotel is very nice and clean with great views and spacious rooms. The front desk were polite but they did not deliver what they promised.I had signed up for the "Loews welcome package" for some water and fruit that were never delivered. After asking 3 times and told that they'll take care of it (they never did)I just gave up.Also the concierge is not the best for directions and dinning advice. They directed me to a wrong place once and an expensive restaurant with mediocre food.Overall is a nice place to sleep but don't expect any help from the staff.Would go there again but I'd be careful not to ask for any advice.

| ...if you have to park your vehicle, the hotel's parking lot is valet parking only and is very expensive. Otherwise, it's very nice and walking distance to everything in the old town.

| Well-located, next to the beautiful Battlefield Park and just up the road from dozens of the city's best restaurants. Very clean and comfy, with a very pleasant service staff and a great patio pool. Friendly to English speakers!

| The hotel is on a great strip of cafes, borders on Battlefield park and is 3 blocks from the walls. The hotel interior was clean, modern and I found the staff to be very pleasant. I also found it a good value.

| Stayed at this hotel for a conference. Overall excellent room and hotel services. The revolving upstairs restaurant was great too and reasonably priced for lunch. Issues were the usual: the exercise room had just two treadmills and one was not in working order. Also both Gym and pool closed too early for a summer day (10PM is too early - people had to be kicked out). For the business traveler the absence of printing arrangements was unfortunate - the mechanism they have for e-mailing to the concierge is antiquated. Printers don't cost that much - just get one and install another computer for the center. At least four of us had to wait over an hour for the one and only computer. Wireless access in the room was excellent, if a bit pricy - need an option for just an hour or so of use. Hotel location is good - next to a lovely park and a main street. I will recommend the hotel for tourist stay and also for business - if the items above are fixed.

| My family and I were extremely pleased with the service and the location of the hotel. It was only a 10 minute walk from Quebec's historical city with in the wall and from the Citadel. We were also impressed with its location near many fine Grand Allee dining establishments. The hotel was clean, service was friendly and staff were well versed in English and French. My only concern is parking, which can get quite expensive if you drive to Quebec -- the hotel's daily rate is $21 Canadian a day for guests.

| A great hotel location. Very central. A 10 min. walk to the old city. So great bistro's and bars right outside the door of the hotel. Only down side was the restaurant at the top of the hotel, L'Astral. The view was great, service was good, however, food was so-so and expensive. If you go to the restaurant, be aware you are paying for a great view not great food.
