| Nicely furnished, but very filthy. We showered in our sandals, if that tells you anything. I'm almost certain the bedding hadn't been changed, the hand towel in the bath room looked like it had been used by a mechanic, there was hair everywhere, the walls and doors hadn't been wiped down and were covered with food and God knows what else. I would expect this from a cheap roadside motel, but this room was way overpriced for it's value. Disgusting.

| I am in Chattanooga every month and always stay at the Quality Inn Chattanooga. I wouldn't stay anywhere else because everything is perfect every time (really!)

| The staff were great and that's why we confirmed our reservation. (After reading a bad review) The room did need better cleaning. The carpet corners were dirty, so that indicated lack of attention. The area had places to eat and was central to all the area attractions. We'd consider this hotel again but check others in the area also. Expedia is the best price.

| Motel was in a bad area of town. Facility was old and run down. Room stank terribly and had torn bedspreads and stains on the wallpaper. The worn carpet looked greasy. My daughter and I did not feel safe there. All hotels were full because of a conference. We checked out as soon as we found a hotel in Chattanooga that had luckily had a cancellation. I did call and report this to Expedia and suggested they not refer anyone to this motel.
