| Our experience was a negative one from the beginning. There is no elavator in a two story building and the desk clerks are of no help. They sent us to our room upon check-in and it hadn't been cleaned up. The dest clerk sent *us* to look for the maid. Two of the bed pillows on our beds were large couch pillows covered in upholstry fabric placed in pillowcases. We did get the room cleaned and it was very clean after the maid serviced the room, but the towels they left us were much like sandpaper. It was almost impossible to get a pool towel and they were not well stocked for breakfast on a Fourth of July weekend. We will not stay here again and would have changed hotels if we'd of had the opportunity.

| We had to move from our first assigned room due to plugged toilet facilities. Carpet remenants are all over the place. I guess the place is going through remodeling. The parking lot was full because they allow boat owners to park with the boats taking several parking spaces.

| This is the tiniest room I have ever seen in my life! I could almost reach everything in the room from the bed...literally. The shower had some black stuff in it they'd tried to cover w/ paint or goo of some type a while ago. The breakfast was jsut bagels and cereal. The pool and jacuzzi were nice.
