| Excellent service and friendly staff. Perfect location for easy car rental return and access to the airport without airport noise. This is our second stay and we will choose this hotel again.

| The staff was courteous. The room was clean. Great morning breakfast. Airport shuttle service every 30 mins. Even provide tea and popcorn in the lounge!

| Hotel is in serious need of reconditioning. Couch in room torn and stained. Cigarette burns on table. Holes in spare blanket. Refigerator not cold. Handles missing from dresser. Bad smell in hotel halls and room. Close to the airport but other places next door are probably better. Avoid this hotel.

| We arrived at the hotel and were shorted towels - when calling the front desk and housekeeping, we were told that they were out.When we left the hotel we accidently left a power adapter for our laptop computer. When calling the hotel, we had to call 5 times - finally asked the manager for assistance and he said he had our adapter - sent it to us and it's not ours. The quality of service from the housekeeping and the lack of coordination in that department is deplorable. A hotel should have better "lost and found" procedures so that customers don't feel that their property was stolen. We absolutely know that we left it there - to no avail from the hotel. They sent me another adapter to keep me from calling again. Completely unacceptable.

| The room wasn't clean (bed sheets appeared to be dirty) and the heating unit in the room was verg loud, so I unplug it. At check out time, I made a complaint w/the Hotel staff about the above listed issues. Not impressed

| When you have an early flight to catch in Atlanta, you can gamble with the traffic or you can rest easy just a few minutes from the terminal in a clean, attractive, modestly priced hotel. It has a more than minimal breakfast buffet, pleasant and helpful employees, a free airport shuttle and you can leave your car in their parking lot while you travel. We'll never do it any other way again.
