    Outrigger Lae Nani Amenities
Comprising 84 units in five three-story wood buildings and including a large oceanfront pool surrounded by a spacious sundeck and a broad sunning lawn, Lae Nani provides guests plenty of space for privacy, rest, and relaxation. Outside staircases, not elevators, provide access to upper floors.

    Recreation
The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the hotel; fees may apply.

    Features
For bookings that consist of 10 or more rooms, please contact the Group Sales Department at 1-866-Groups1 (4768771).

What to expect: Near the pool, a double hammock is shaded by trees. Neatly trimmed lawns, tall coconut trees, natural ocean plants, and sweeping water views abound.

Amenity highlights: Barbecue grills are located by the pool; the sundeck offers dining tables and chairs. There is also a lighted tennis court at the back of the property.

Insider tip: Next to the beach, a 500-year-old site sacred to native Hawaiians called Kukui Heiau occupies a raised platform of ground with a perfect ocean view. The resort's name, lae nani ("beautiful point of land"), derives from the site.

Had a fantastic time at the Outrigger Lae Nani. Rooms are spacious and the grounds are inviting. One of the few beaches on the east shore where we felt comfortable swimming. Good location makes driving to other parts of the island easy. Close to the airport.

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending our 7th anniversary here. We had a wonderful time, the beach was beautiful and the view from our room just gorgeous. Coconut market place 5min walk and eggberts great breakfast, Buba's gotta have a burger there. Everyone was so friendly, our condo like home, you couldn't ask for more. This was our first visit to Kaui, and can't wait to go back. Aloha Bruce and Lori Castro Valley California

Actually more of a condo, but this is in a great location. The view was very nice and the condo is located on a great beach. Also, located near the Coconut Market Place, less than a 2 minute walk. Variety of places to eat and shop in the marketplace. Location is also ideal for visiting the sites on Kauai. The hotel grounds are well kept and attractive. Only downside is there is no air conditioning.

We were so comfortable in our condo. We asked for an ocean view and it was perfect for us. No need for air conditioning with all those wonderful ceiling fans. We even bought one for our bedroom when we got home. Will most likely return there next year.

The views from the condo were beautiful! The pool and grounds were nicely kept and clean. Access to the beach was great and the Heiau in the morning was breathtaking with the sunrise. The only drawback is the room was not as clean as it should be.

Having travelled to Kauai in the past, I knew pretty much what to expect in regards to weather, landscape, unwelcome pests, etc. I had not however stayed at the Outrigger and was therefore a little anxious, wanting the honeymoon to be perfect. Well, the Outrigger was just that...perfect. We had a wonderful week staying here with our gorgeous ocean view, stocked kitchen and a perfect cross breeze from the bedroom to the deck. And, I am happy to report that I didn't see one cockroach (VERY important to me!) or hear one rooster (very important to my husband). :) Choose the Outrigger if you are looking for a more relaxed stay and the feel of living there instead of being a guest. No room service or spa but there are barbeques by the pool that were perfect for grilling up Ahi.

Rooms are fine - we had a one bedroom suite with ocean view. Awesome view to wake up to every morning! Full kitchen was great. Beautiful grounds. Housekeping was good, very unobtrusive - you'd never know they were there. Monk seals on adjacent beaches - great little "keiki" beach, some good snorkeling there too! Pool was nice.
