The hotel features a six-story tower and a two-story wing that wrap around a central courtyard. The hotel has an indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, and fitness center. It also features eight meeting rooms, including a ballroom that can handle groups of up to 300 people. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is available 24 hours a day. Parking is free.

| Front desk personel not at all helpful. The restaurant has a message, 'Don't eat here.' The dining room was deserted, obviously people know about its reputation. The wait staff were sitting at an adjacent table reading newspapers. The only saving grace was that room service responded expeditiously with extra pillows.

| Location nearby a very busy highway makes your stay extremely unrewarding due to an almost constant noise (at least my room was like that).
