| This is a comfortable hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, although it took about an hour to get a replacement for the iron and ironing board in our room. One of the housekeeping staff finally took one from a room that was not occupied and gave it to us. The hotel is convenient to the airport. The restaurant service was good, and the food was also good. I would recommend this hotel if you needed a place to stay in South Edmonton.

| The bathroom had water damage, the ceiling tiles didn't fit together appropriately and they had water stains and were dirty, the entire room looked like it had seen better days. The cable reception was terrible, I maybe had three channels that came in clearly. The ice machine was broken on one entire side of the building--on every floor. Should I continue? Terrible.

| This hotel was mediocre at best. The room was sparse with few amenities: poor lighting, not enough hangers, short phone cord, and a refrigerator that needed a key. People at the front desk were generally uninformed and not helpful. It was only after several attempts that we got any service at all, which improved slightly the last couple days of our stay. Their health club was not bad, but overall I would not recommend this hotel.

| Room was clean, spacious with free internet access. There were two restaurants/bars on site. Location was on main road and made it easy to drive to meetings. The only small problem I could see was that there is a one inch gap b/w the door and hallway. This let in light and noise...but was easily remedied by rolling up the bath mat and covering. Overall, probably the best place to stay in Edmonton. The locals all visit the bar, so evenings were entertaining and EVERYONE in Edmonton are friendly and helpful.
