| Me and my spouse were extremely unimpressed with the quality of service at this hotel. On first arrival we were given the key to our room. To our surprise there were people still in our room, not to mention they were half naked. We felt embarassed and I'm sure the other clients did to. None of the cleaning maids were in uniform and there seemed to be no dress code for the rest of the staff. When we recived the key to a different room, it didn't work, so we had to make another trip back down to get the card to work. This happened a number of times. When asking for help, I recall that we the "customer" were not the priority because the lady at the front desk was "really busy." I don't know about you, but if you pay to stay at a four and a half star hotel you'd expect that you'd come first, but this wasn't the case here.
