| Suite is extremely small. Sink was just above knee height. No room to turn around in bathroom. Location is OK. Continental breakfast was extremely poor - milk was left out and warm.

| Very impressed with the room cleanliness and space. Room is made every day if requested. Bathroom is small but very clean. Continental breakfast is good. Staff was very friendly. Parking space is tight and not easy accessible with a large car but is ok for compact and midsize cars. Overall, a good option for staying in LA for an economic price.

| I was helping my nephew to move into UCLA. Really don't find to spend a little more money to live a suite that is closed to the campus. Unfortunately, I made a bad decision. The staffs in the hotel are unfriendly and rude. Especially the male staff in the check in area. I can never get an answer from him. His altitude just show me that he doesn't care my business at all. Forget the early checkin that mentioned in the other review. The checkin time is firmed at 3:00pm. My son is a 7 years old kid, he always say "hi" or "Good Morning" to the others. None of the hotel staffs responed to him and just ignored him. How ridiculous it is? The suite is very small. Most of the other hotel's standard two bed rooms are bigger this suite. The bathroom is too small to even fit in a single adult. It only has a shower and it takes 10 minutes to drain the water after a shower. The AC is right next to and I really means it is right next to one of the Queen size bed. The carpet in the elavator is very dirty so we decided to use the stairs all the time. The underground parking is terrible and tide. If you drive any vehicles that is larger than a regular 4-door sedan, you should better park on street. A very frustrated experience!

| We were visiting our son and our new grandchild who live about 10 minutes away and will definitely stay at this Best Western again the next time we visit! It was extremely clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly, very helpful and prompt with any requests that were made of them. No complaints here!

| This hotel is located in West LA close to highways. It is very dark in the rooms and the parking is HORRIBLE- very tight squeeze - you are really much better off parking on the street.

| Room was clean and reasonable rate for west Los Angeles. Nothing fancy, but suite gave enough room for myself and two teenage boys. Free video rental was a nice touch. Swimming pool was extremely small.
