| The rooms are small by US standards with only a queen size bed and not much more room around it. The bathroom was clean and efficient. The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the airport and the shuttle to and from the airport was timely. The staff was very polite and helpful. The attached White Spot restaurant was very nice and had a good menu. The restaurant provided a convenient meeting place for me and my family members as we shared breakfast and made plans for the day.

| Nice place that was clean and had adjoining restuarants. Not much within walking distance of hotel in terms of other alternatives for food or leisure.

| Our room was quiet and close to the airport. We stayed only one night as we were heading to Whistler. There is a restaurant in the hotel that was great for breakfast, and a pub next door. Parking is available at no charge. We would use this hotel again!!

| Overall I was pretty satisfied with the hotel. Although, some of the staff were not the nicest people. We had flight problems all day coming from across the country and when we finally arrived at the hotel 1/2 hr before 3pm checkin, they didn't want to give us a room yet because we were early. We had been up 20 hrs and didn't appreciate that. So we had to wait 20 minutes before they had a room cleaned. We also had a very early call(7am)from them during the week wanting to know if we needed our room cleaned. That is what the sign is for on the outside of our door! But on the positive end, the bed was very comfortable and the room spacious for the price. Very close to the airport. Kinda further from the Downtown area than I realized. Free newspaper in the am and internet access in the lobby (1 computer). The 2 restaurants were also good. Very close to a lot of gas stations, and convenient stores.
