| The room and grounds were nice enough, but every time we returned to our room at the end of the day, our room key cards had been de-programmed. I had to go to the front desk every day to get new keys. The people at the front desk didn't even say sorry. They just asked me for my room number and handed me new cards. On my 3rd visit to the front desk, I was rightfully annoyed and let them know it. The girl told me it was because I kept my room key in my purse along with my cell phone and my cell phone was de-programming the key. I pointed out to her that's never happended at any other hotel I've ever stayed in. She just mumbled something about getting a bad batch of keys. Again, no apology. Also, the outter perimeter of the property has gates that require key cards. The problem is, even if your key works, there is a mechanical, self-closing latch on the inside of the gate. At night we parked near our room at the back of the property, but the gates were locked on the inside so we had to walk all the way around to the front lobby to get inside. Why bother with the key card reader if the gate is locked from the inside anyway? I ignored the other traveler reviews because I got a good deal and they allow small pets, but next time I'll pay more to not be so inconvenienced.

| Sure it's older, so expect it to not have as many updates as you would like. It's cheap and decent. For a Saturday night in Vegas, don't expect perfection unless you want to pay big bucks for it. After all, how much time do you REALLY spend in the room in Vegas anyway? No ghost on my visit. Kinda' disappointed.

| The hotel was a big fat "ok". Not very clean, but not horrifically dirty. Staff there could not have cared less about guests. Free breakfast included waffles and french toast, but no syrup. (and no one on the staff cared). But the WEIRDEST thing about this stay was that we had a GHOST in our room. Now, before you think I am insane, I am telling you I have never believed in this stuff before this hotel stay. We were awoken two times in the night by weird noises in the room. Both times, the room was filled with a lime green smoke and both of us saw a middle-aged women with long brown hair, standing by the bed. This is the God's honest truth. When we checked out the next day, we casually mentioned it to the front desk staff, who informed us that guests have made similar complaints, almost on a weekly basis. Lights turning on and off, someone talking to the maids that no one can see and door handles being turned, though compeletly locked. I am not a weirdo, this is a true story. The only decent part of it was that it was not frightening. If it truly was a ghost, which I firmly believe it to be (especially after talking to the staff) she is a very docile one, with no ill intent. I would not stay there again, mostly because I can live without ghostly appearances on a leiserly trip to Vegas. But if you are into that type of thing, this place might be right up your alley!

| We had booked four nights and after the first night were very sorry. Jr. Suite had a jacuzzi tub that didn't work; light in toilet area kept blinking on and off, even after the bulb was changed; air conditioner in living room froze and leaked; sofa bed had springs popping out through mattress, as did replacement rollaway; drapes are filthy; upholstery dirty and torn; just not worth the time or money. Staff not really concerned about your stay. Only good thing, good complementary breakfasts. Oh yes, the pool and spa were dirty.

| The first room we were assigned had sunflower seeds all over the couch and a non-functional air-conditioner. When we complained, we were moved to a second room which had a hair in the bathtub.

| This is a horrible hotel. Took forever to check in, just one person at desk. There were two dead bugs in the bathroom when I checked in. The beds were very uncomfortable and the rest of the room was dirty. Don't stay here!

| One bedroom suite claimed to have 2 TVs, a sofabed. It wasn't the case, they only have 1 TV(would not have chosen this hotel since we got 2 kids), and there was no sofabed, only a short sofa. It was impossible for the 2 kids to sleep in the living room. In addition, the air conditioning did not work in the living room (air circulation was bad, and the windows do not open). There was also no door between the living room and the bedroom. It was just a very uncomfortable night.

| After reading the other reviews we were a bit scared to see the condition of our room. Happily, the room was clean and in good shape, just maybe a few small stains on the carpet. On the other hand, we found the service here and the overall condition of the hotel pretty lacking. We waited an hour to get the hotel shuttle both to and from the airport, the ice machines were always empty and none of the external locks worked. Also, except for the Hard Rock across the street this is pretty far from any gambling/entertainment with limited food options in the area. With as many hotel options as Vegas has, this hotel is acceptable but you can do better for the same price elsewhere.

| This place looks real nice from the outside , but . The furniture is very soiled with many stains, and torn , visble stuffing protruding from seams. ( probably blood ). The carpet has many cigarette burns. The maids only clean what is visible , very little vacumming, no table top wiping .Some security gates don't lock , ( not good in this area )Some hotel entry doors dont lock , again not very good. The staff did seem concerned , but it was still a dirty hotel .The price should reflect its neglected state , but it doesn't. Go somewhere else.
