| Upon checking into Bishop's Lodge the receptionsit was not able to locate an important message left for us and was not interested in investigating what happened to it. Our complimentary chips and salsa were not in our room. There was no price list for a basket of snacks in the room so we didn't know if they were complimentary. The room was old and had unmatched furniture. It was roomy and adequate but certainly not worth the high room rate we paid.

| This was a great place to go to enjoy the beauty of the Santa Fe area and Santa Fe itself. Our room was big, lovely and comfortable, the service was super, the spa incredible. We will definitely come back and spend more time.

| We enjoyed our stay at Bishop's Lodge. There are nice facilities and activities for families including a pleasant pool area and horseback riding. Our room was very large with a pull-out couch bed that was comfortable. Large bathroom with two sinks. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the huevos rancheros. On the downside, bags of garbage and a vacuum cleaner were left in front of our room on two different days and never cleared away after requesting three times. Service is slow and sometimes non-existant.

| The lodge itself was very beautiful and the rooms were very nice but the staff seemed unconcerned about our needs and were not very friendly. Also paid a high price for a view of the mountains and got a view of the other casitas in front of ours.

| Very nice to be a few miles outside of Santa Fe. Easy to drive into the plaza. Only complaint is that I look for hotels with swimming pools and this one, while they said it was somewhat heated, was really cold. Took big cajones to get in and swim. Food quality good. Staff very attentive. Will go back.
