What to expect: This busy 12-story hotel has 27,650 square feet of flexible meeting space and is popular for wedding parties, conferences, and family reunions, as well as business travelers. The lobby’s décor is Southwestern, with Native American drums and pottery, seating areas, and large windows facing a landscaped central courtyard with a seasonal pool.

Amenity highlights: The hotel has three restaurants: the elegant Ranchers Club of New Mexico with its popular piano bar; a casual regional restaurant; and a lobby cantina with a TV. The place wasn't awful, but not a place I would choose to stay in again. I think that there are better places in the area at similar prices. I stayed in the "South Cabana" - a separate two-story building. My friends stayed in the main building and seemed to have a higher opinion of the facility. They did have a pretty cool bar and a restaurant that a few other guests told me was very good.

I would stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at the Airport. This hotel is old and needs a lot of work. The service I received in the restaurant at breakfeast was poor.

This place has a great staff and clean rooms. This isn't what you'd expect from a Hilton. This hotel smells. The jacuzzi is shared with Fairfield with inadequate jets. The over expensive menus of the hotel lack quality to back it up.

Was told I was getting a "nicer" room. Wallcovering in bathroom was peeling off the walls, tile was cracked and chipped everywhere. Bathroom fixtures were old and rusty. Bathtub drain did not work, stood in 6" of water. For a 3.5 star I was not impressed.
