The Pavilion is a multi-purpose event facility for up to 200 delegates with a function suite, private foyer bar and six syndicate rooms, all fully-equipped with ISDN and Internet connections; business and secretarial services are also available. Guests can enjoy the intimate surroundings of the Kentfield Cocktail Lounge or sip coffee and cognacs in the library. The Pullman Restaurant - Three fully restored Pullman carriages –formerly used by the Orient Express on its trans-European journey to Istanbul – provide the backdrop for a unique dinning experience. Two of the carriages are dining cars, while the other is the kitchen offering gourmet cuisine, such as Galway Oysters and Connemara Lamb. The River Room - Formal restaurant with tall windows on all five exterior walls, offering view across Lough. Serves continental and traditional Irish buffet breakfasts; open daily between 7-9:30 PM. Oak Cellar Bar - Offers traditional Irish specialties and international pub-style dishes in a stone cellar complete with arches, nooks and crannies; open daily from noon to 6 PM.
