| We enjoyed our stay at Amerisuites. The room is large and compfortable. The carpets on our floor and in the hall smelled wet and looked dirty. Breakfast is great and plentiful. All of the lounge chairs by the pool have broken straps and need to be replaced.

| Everything was fine, except the pullout couch was old and the springs were sticking out. There was a foul smell coming from the toilet. We notified the front desk 3 times,yet nothing was done. Local calls and the use of the safe are charged ( Not Good!!) The breakfast was good and the location is great. I would come back to this hotel.

| We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well maintained. It made a good initial impression. They were accomodating with checkout time, which takes the unpleasant rush to make the deadline pressure away.

| Location very easy to find. Quick check in and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Would definately stay here again.

| I Highly recommend this hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean . The breakfast was o .k. The location of this hotel is great . I will go back to Amerisuites of Kendall without any hesitation .

| From the moment I walked into this hotel, I felt comfortable. The lobby was nice and clean, and despite the holiday rush, the Front Desk Clerk was very professional and patient. The room was neat & tidy, no questions as to whether the bedding had been changed. I can't wait to have another excuse to visit this hotel for an evening!
