The room was huge, clean and not far from the airport. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We were near public transportation which was great for us since this was a budget trip. We were able to get into Central Philadelphia in about 30 minutes. I am looking forward to going back again.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and felt safe. The gym needs major improvement! Overall the hotel was in great condition. The king size bed was "very comfortable", the rooms have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, which was nice and convenient. The location of the hotel had very easy access to the Ben Franklin Bridge to get to Philly ($3 toll), literally a 5 to 10 minute drive with your own car. The hotel has free parking. Cabs are little expensive to get to Philly. We loved our stay here and will surely stay here again.

The hotel wasnt bad if you need a rinky dink place to crash. do not stay if you plan on taking a cab to the city because it will be 30$ each way. and also if you plan on driving to te city you have to pay 3 dollars in toll each time you cross into PA. other than the location it isnt terrible for the rate.

Rooms have wireless internet, TV, AC, microwave and a fridge. No frills. Continental breakfast is included. Outdoor pool was good. One night out of the four we stayed was noisy with rowdy guests. The other three nights were quiet. Motel is right off the highway and close to Philadelphia locations. Atlantic City is an hour drive away. This place is not a 5-star hotel, but it has everything you need for a great price.

Hotel was in need of a cosmetic update. Good location to/from Philadelphia. Pool and fitness room was OK. Room was clean and included microwave and fridge. Smelled of mothballs in hallway. I could not get the wireless connection to work in my room. Complementary breakfast was adequate. Although hotel had a restaurant it only served Indian food. Had to drive 10 minutes to find typically roadside chain restaurant. Staff was few but friendly. Would recommend hotel for budget conscience business traveler only.

I cannot recommend the Ramada in Gloucester City, but I will start with the positives. It has two things going for it:location and economy. The hotel really is minutes away from downtown Philadelphia. And the price is easy on the pocket book, especially when compared with hotels in downtown Philly proper. However, the hotel, despite apparent updates, needs much more attention. The front of the hotel was damaged (by a truck that backed into it?), leaving an unsightly patch of dangling mortar. Weeds were growing up between the cracks in the concrete in the parking lot. In the area beneath the outdoor stairwell leading up to the rooms were broken cinderblocks and bricks. All of this created a vaguely sinister impression. The room was clean, and the sheets had been changed. The furnishings and carpets look tired (but the bathrooms were clearly updated--and rooms included a microwave and small fridge). However, the lamp in the corner of our room was broken, leaning against the wall, and its shade was stained with a brown liquid. Surely, a housekeeper should have noticed and removed it. The worst part of the stay, however, was when a rowdy group of individuals sitting outside the pool underneath our window woke us up at 3:00 am and did not quiet down until 4:00am despite calls to the front desk. I realize this is a two star-hotel, and you get what you pay for...Nevertheless, my mininimum standard for any hotel is being able to sleep throught the night.
