| The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. My german is not very good but the staff spoke english and made me feel comfortable. The hotel is being renovated so the outside condition was not great and some parts of the inside were dirty but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The neigborhood around the hotel was a little dirty and the hotel was relatively far from the center of the city where most of the attractions are located.

| Hi!Next time in Wien I will book this hotel,fair price,good comfort,newly refurbished 100%,all facility.Nice people.You can walk slowly 10-20 min to be in the city,Graben and the Stephan Dome 25 min max
