I selected this hotel becouse of its location with respect to my son's home while we visited him and his wife. The hotel was very crowded during the weekend and I found the parking to be somewhat difficult. All-in-all it was an adequate experience.

Our suite was on the first floor I think for the price we could have had a better view than the parking lot, but that is my only complaint. There is no swimming pool which surprised me.

My husband and I recently stayed here while visiting my brother and we were so impressed. The suite was very clean and huge. Our suite was bigger than my brother's apartment. The balcony was a nice touch, and we had a great view of downtown and Queen Anne Hill. The bed was also incredible. I can't say enough good about this hotel. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family members visiting Seattle. We will not stay anywhere else. The location was perfect...the hotel was perfect.

The location can't be beat. During my stay, the comfort of the room was so great that I actually looked forward to bad weather so I could stay indoors.

The hotel was very clean and had all the amenities we cared about. We stayed in a suite and made use of the fireplace and pull-out sofa. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and dishes, and the continental breakfasts were good, always providing some choice of hot foods along with cereal, fruit and the usual breakfast foods. Our suite had a balcony with a view of the space needle, although the parking lot and a huge crane were between. It's not a luxury hotel, but it is nice, comfortable and a good value for the money. I would recommend it for families.

This hotel is a great find, the kind of experience we look to Expedia for-- a bargain, great location, very nice amenities and especially nice staff. The breakfast is excellent and coffee is available in the pleasant lobby all day. We enjoyed it so much more than the fancier, much pricier & higher starred establishment we attended a business conference in. It's also more of a residential neighborhood with some great little restaurants--a Greek place that's a real local hang and has terrific food-- and sushi place with conveyor belt (great for kids) right across the street. You get the real feel of Seattle, rather than a commercial hotel. We will return!

The location was great. Walking distance to the Seattle Center, Key Arena,Space Needle. The room was very nice. Complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent. The people were very nice. Was able to check-in early. The only drawback is the hotel has no restaurant, room service, or snack machines.

My room was a one bedroom sweet in a corner, and had a fireplace, bedroom, full kitchen, and a balcony overlooking an intersection in the trendy Queene Anne area of Seattle. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by - and a beautiful view the the Seattle skyline at night. Would definately go back here. Walking distance to the Space Needle and most other attractions.
