| Stayed in town for a wedding and had a great experience. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very attentive and courteous and satisfied all our requests. Hot breakfast was also a nice touch. A+

| The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and well provided. Parking is free, and there are free drinks in the lobby each afternoon. The only suggestion I would have is that people request a room toward the back of the hotel. Our room was over the lobby, which echoed when occupied, and the highway was audible at night which might keep light sleepers awake.

| This hotel was very nice especially for the price. It was located very close to downtown houston. It had the most cozy bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Usually I wake up with my back hurting, but that did not occur here. Also, the hot complimentary breakfast in the morning was very nice. There was planty of food and drinks. I would say for location and price this hotel was great!

| I thought that the location of this hotel near the Gallaria area was awesome. Houston is a very large city and many other hotels in the area, but for the price it was an excellent choice. Also very near Target and lots of places to eat.

| The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Was soft in the middle, so we both would end up scrunched in the middle of the bed. Also the bed was like sleeping on a bowl of jello! ANY movement from my husband would just amplify and shake the bed all over! The pillow I had was bumpy and like sleeping on a bag of bunched up foam. The jacuzzi was out of order for 4 days. The hallways were freezing! The breakfast was very good. And the coffee that was in the lobby was very good. The front desk staff was rude but the front desk manager was wonderful. It was just "okay". Would look elsewhere next time we stay in Houston.
