| you probably can't avoid the overpriced breakfast at any hotel. Free continental breakfast would be a plus. We got charged for the only 2 LOCAL phones calls we made. Those are my only complaints. It was a comfortable stay.

| I selected this hotel because it was close to the airport we were to be using the following morning. I was a little nervous because I am very particular about where I stay and usually go on recommendations of friends, family or past experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the Hilton Garden Inn. I have paid much more for far less. It was clean and very attractive.

| I really enjoyed this hotel and the deal that I got it with. I have never stayed at a Garden Inn before and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was easy to find, the staff was very cordial, hotel amenities were ample, and the added seating throughout the hotel such as couches and armchairs were very cozy. The only negative aspects of the stay were the fact that even though it says Hilton, it lacked some of those finishing touches that a typical Hilton hotel gives. Finally, I had pre-booked a 2 queen bed, non-smoking room several months beforehand and upon arrival I was told that none were available. I was quite surprised seeing as how only a handful of people appeared to be checked into the hotel at the time and the overall size of the hotel. Even so, the staff persisted to tell me that they had none of these rooms available. I was then offered a 1 king with a foldout sofa-bed, non-smoking room. They told me it was actually a better room, to this I do not know because I never saw the other room. However, I took it anyway, and it was nice and quite spacious. I would have thought nothing of it except, that from the moment I checked in through the next day, as I would leave or enter the hotel, passing by the check-in desk, I was surprised to hear that several others were in the same position that I was in. Still, I am quite satisfied with the hotel and my trip.

| Everything about this hotel was great - the cleanliness and appointment of the room, the swimming pool and spa, ease of access - but the customer service shone above all! I wll be going back.

| This hotel is 2 miles from union station. The staff is friendly and the free shuttle driver was courteous and always prompt. The price of the room was less than half of the price of a larger hotel in the heart of the city and just as well appointed. This hotel was convenient, clean and the staff was outgoing and kind.
