| The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The room was comforatable and generally clean. The elevators were v-e-r-y slow. I felt that the price I paid was too high for that quality of hotel. The higher price must be because the hotel is closer to the airport. As a regular Fox News viewer I was disappointed to find that the Fox News Channel was not available. If I had known before booking the room I would have gone elsewhere.

| The size of room was smaller than I expected, but it was clean. This hotel is convenient for Japnaese travelers since it's located a block away from Mitsuwa supermarket. Japan TV, Japanese newspaper and Japanese style breakfast were available. Also, the spa was nice.

| The Amerisuites Hotel in Arlington Heights is in a good location, near the expressway and not too far from O'Hare Airport. The hotel was clean and in good condition. The staff were plesant, and the breakfast buffet was fine. My room had a noisy wall heater, and the lighting levels were low, but the room was comfortable and included a refrigerator, microwave oven, and nice seating area.

| I was very impressed with the Amerisuites in light of the price. It seemed to be much cheaper than the other hotels around, but was really a good deal for what we got. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel room and the breakfast buffet. Although there were some minor blemishes on the wall of the hotel room it was still very clean (the wallpaper had been redone in one area and wasn't smoothed against hte wall properly). Breakfast was also included, and I was impressed with their selection, which included fresh fruit, eggs, muffins/pastries, cereal, french toast, coffee, juice, etc.

| A shuttle to the airport would be more convenient. The room was WLAN equipped, but LAN with cable would be also nice at every room.

| They do serve a Continental Breakfast, but have no restaurant on site for other meals. They offer free wireless internet access, but when that was down, I was charged for local phone calls to connect to internet via dial up.

| Easily accessible from Hwy 90, this hotel was remarkably quiet. The room was clean and, although not brand new, the furnishings did not show a lot of wear. I liked having a seating area separate from the bed area, and having a microwave and a refrigerator in the room saved me a lot on meals. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety. The whirlpool is fairly small and the workout room only has equipment for lower body exercise, but I was able to use both of these as late as 11:00 PM. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. There are several grocery stores nearby, as well.
