| Beds are uncomfortable. Used the airport shuttle and not at all satisfied. They came to pick us up on return flight. I asked him to wait a minute while my husband got the luggage and he left us. Requested a return van and he never came. We had to take a taxi to the hotel.

| The Clarion was under renovation, and was very much in need of it. They had not gotten to our floor yet, but judging by the work that had been completed, the hotel should be quite nice when complete. The location of the hotel is good, and once you get familiar with Charlotte traffic, it's not hard to get in and out. The construction equipment in the parking lot made scarce parking even more so. Also, housekeeping could be better.
