| The hotel was relatively small but felt very comfortable. All the rooms were up to date with the latest amenities, and the sport and exercise facilities were first rate. Only suggestion is that the hotel buy better quality TV's for the rooms.

| This hotel has a great spa. If you are in Bellevue for business, make sure you take advantage of the spa services. After a long day of meetings, it was wonderful to have a massage.

| I can not wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone because of the high price and the food was not quite as I had expected. I like the extended check out time, but did not needed it at the end. This trip was a pure relaxation one day stay, so the food in room service was very important. However, the selection and quality of the food is not at par with the rest of the hotel's quality. I think the manager need to review and overhaul some of the menu items. The benefit of able to use the gym was a big plus and is most important for those that are traveling and visiting from out of state. Overall, it's a good hotel, but in relative terms, the high price invited perfection expectation from me and it fell a bit short.

| In every aspect a very nice hotel and club. My family stayed during Christmas and we found the service on Christmas day both slow and somewhat error filled. I assume this due to the holiday and that the regular staff was off. On all other days, the service was polite and dufiful. And the club...that was what it was all about and it was worth it all.

| This was my second long weekend stay. It's too pricy for me if I were a weekday business traveler, but for me the weekend rates combined with the use of the wonderful pool ( I do a mile a day) is perfect. The hotel is elegant, the staff responsive a definate 5 star all around.

| Molded raspberries served for breakfast; had to call twice to receive a newspaper; wall behind the bed was not just dirty but looked like there'd been a fire in the room and they forgot to clean one of the walls, tub in the bathroom wouldn't drain. Staff was pleasant but needed a bit of polish. Not a 5 star hotel, more 3 1/2.

| This hotel has all the makings of a Four Seasons, but unfortunately without the service. They offer coffee and tea, but were consisitently "out" when I tried to get some. They have a wonderful sports club but when I tried to sign up for yoga classes, I was told there were none on Thursday evening. I spoke to 2 differnt people in the Sports Club, neither knew that Vinyasa IS yoga! The hair dryer in my room did not work. Front desk was manned by young people more interested in their books than helping guests. Still, a beautiful and charming place to stay. Rates change every day, so beware of this also.
